Model BEAR148 is our heavy-duty 48" culvert style bear trap with integrated trailer that was designed with help from the US Department of Wildlife Services.  This is the perfect mobile trap for capturing nuisance bears.  It features a guillotine style trap door with adjustable trigger tension.  The 8”x10” bait door at the back of the trap allows it to be baited without crawling in.  It also has 4 adjustable stabilizers located at each corner of the trailer to allow it to be leveled and secure to the ground.  Trap is well ventilated with vent holes throughout.  The trailer also has a removable tongue to help prevent the trap from being stolen.  This trap also features a pully system to allow trapped bears to be easily released while standing at the opposite end of the trap.  Trap is 7’ long with 48” diameter opening.  This trap features a guillotine trap door.  Integrated trailer is 9’L x 3’W x 4’H with full size 26” car tires.  Total weight of trap and trailer is 900 lbs.
