Love my drop trap. It works perfectly with my Tomahawk traps.

I feed a female feral cat at my house. She is a young cat, maybe 2 yrs. old. I have tried for months to catch her using a regular live trap. No matter what I did or food I put in, she would never go in. She has had a few kittens. I have taken the kittens once they were weaned and get their shots and spay or neuter. I have been lucky to get them adopted. I ordered this drop trap and the transfer cage, the same day I received it, I CAUGHT HER! She is now spayed and released. No more kittens. Get this trap for hard to catch, smart cats.

We have used this model to catch several feral s and it works wonderful. I feel like Wile Coyote and trying to catch the Road Runner waiting to pull the rope and drop the trap. Once dropped I cover with an old blanket and place a large stone on top to help keep the trapped cat from lifting the edge of the trap. Attach the carrier and then take cat to Vet for surgery and then release.
