	THE TOMAHAWK PetSTEP Prevent backstrain from lifting a 30+ pound dog into and out of a vehicle with the PetSTEP. Its lightweight, portable, easy to operate, and very strong, supporting over 500 pounds. The PetSTEP is very easy to clean, will not rust, and does not trap orders. The PetSTEP also prevents injury to dogs being lifted in and out of vehicles. It provides a safe ascent onto an exam table or grooming tubs. The PetSTEP can also be used as a portable stretcher for transporting wounded or injured dogs. The HalfSTEP is constructed from the same durable materials as the PetSTEP, it's just half as long. It's the ideal thing to use for transporting animals into lower elevated vehicles such as vans. PetSTEP TRAINING TIPS Some dogs will take to the PetSTEP immediately. For those that don't, we suggest you put the ramp flat on the ground and walk your dog over it. A reward placed on the ramp also helps, or you might try feeding the dog on the ramp once or twice. When you raise the ramp, a dab of cheese wiz placed towards the top of the ramp also works the first time. The first time up the ramp, take your dog by the collar and lead him to the reward. You will only need to do this once or twice.
